What is a trip designer?
A trip designer is an individual who specializes in crafting travel plans for individuals who are either new to travel or prefer to delegate the planning to someone else. Trip designers perform similar tasks to those of travel agents, often at a significantly reduced cost and have personally visited the countries their clients are interested in, allowing us to offer firsthand insights into aspects like culture, accommodations, city tours, and excursions.
As a bespoke trip designer, my role involves meticulously curating and crafting itineraries tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and interests. My expertise encompasses a range of specializations, including:

Services and Pricing
During the initial consultation, we'll discuss your specific travel needs (e.g., purpose of trip, number of people traveling if not traveling alone, personal interests, must-see places/events, flight/lodging preferences, any physical/health/food restrictions, etc.).
Initial Consultation $50
After completing our initial consultation, the purpose of this meeting will be to go over and fine-tune the specifics of your bespoke travel itinerary. We will discuss the following trip costs and options: flights (if applicable), lodging, tours, and activities. Depending on your need(s), this will either conclude our trip-planning agreement, or we will move on to our second agreement, which will be for me to secure bookings on your behalf.
Itinerary Review $100
Trip Reservations $150
We will review the itinerary created specifically for you to ensure that you are in agreement with your travel details. The next step will be for you to set a maximum price that you are willing to pay in total for your trip, which is needed since flights, lodging options, transportation, tours, and activities are dynamic and can sell out from the time they were added to your itinerary.

About Me
Hi, I'm Ess, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for visiting my site! Over the past two decade, I have been collecting passport stamps, and I can honestly say that my passion for travel was instilled in me from a young age by my mother, which is the inspiration behind my name, "Air Ess" (a play on "heiress"). However, it wasn't until I was a graduate student that I embarked on international travel, driven by a couple of realizations. Firstly, applying to international conferences provided me with a legitimate reason to travel. Secondly, I discovered that my school prioritized travel award reimbursements for those who presented internationally, creating a mutually beneficial situation. This fortunate circumstance led me to present at conferences in diverse locations such as Puerto Rico, Morocco, Ireland, and Greece.
My love for venturing into other countries grew so strong that I eventually started traveling for leisure. The wealth of expertise I've accumulated over the years has positioned me as the go-to person within my social circles, which has led me to step forward and offer my services as a trip designer, aiming to assist others with their international travels.
